Did I do something wrong?

I went for lunch in my company's canteen. There I got chicken with sweet potatoes in red curry sauce and raw carrots, cucumber, cauliflower and tomatoes. Because I didn't knew what else was in the red curry sauce I didn't have any of that, but the chicken was in the sauce, so I might have got a little bit of it.

Do I have to start again? I'm on day 2.

Curries frequently include sugar as a balance against hot spices. The time your chicken spent cooking in the curry means that it absorbed some sugar even if you wiped all the sauce off of the meat. I would not start over, but take this as learning experience and plan ways to get purer foods.
