I'm cleaning out my cabinets to start my whole30 on 2/1/17. I'm looking through the ingredients on everything and I'm wondering if I can have any of the following things...

-SO Delicious Dairy Free unsweetened coconut milk (tricalcium phosphate, magnesium phosphate, xanthan gum, l-selenomethionine, vitamin a acetate)

-Primal Kitchen Diary Free Ranch Dressing (cream of tarter, gum acacia, konjac)

-orange peel

-silicon dioxide



-anise powder

-calcium chloride

-Licorice root


Can someone please weigh in? I think I may be over thinking the program rules. I just want to make sure I can grab from my cabinets without worrying.

There are definitely better options of coconut milk out there (ie. with less ingredients) and many people make their own Ranch (also with less ingredients) from basic home made mayo, but these are fine for Whole30 purposes.
