shadowgirlC
So, I totally ruined reintroduction after my first whole30 (birthday dinner at a brewery) so I want to make sure to do this reintroduction properly. My biggest question is how do I know if it's an entire food group or just a specific items that might be causing problems? For example; if I have lentils, peas, hummus and tofu (all are some of my favorite foods) on my first day and then have bloating/cramps or just feel icky, how do I know which item (or items) was the problem? Should I just go back at some later day and try each of those items individually to see if they might cause problems? I would greatly appreciate any advice. ArtFossil
You could make a preliminary assessment that legumes are problematic, then complete your other reintroductions, the reintroduce specific legumes separately. For example, I separated out soy.
