In general, if you google Whole30 + whatever ingredient you're wondering about, you'll probably find past discussions of it. Also, up at the top of the page there's a menu labeled Whole30, and under it one labeled Downloads -- check those for helpful things like the rules, a list of common additives and whether or not they're okay, a list of names sugar and sweeteners go by on labels, and other helpful information.
