caseypo
Just finished my first Whole30 on Monday! Whooo!!! I feel great, and want to keep the momentum up. Yesterday was my day to reintroduce legumes. I had peanut butter with my apple for breakfast, then planned on having black beans with dinner. I ended up coming down with a cold (I work with children) and not having beans because I barely ate dinner. I want to make sure I introduced enough legumes to really see how my body is reacting to them. Was one serving of peanut butter in the morning enough? If not, should I reintroduce legumes in a couple days? Or continue on the reintroduction schedule and introduce legumes at the end? Any suggestions are appreciated - thank you!
