cdbuteyn
I snacked on almonds and it turned into a binge where I ate at least 3 or 4 servings. Do I need to start over?
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted March 13, 2017 Moderators Share Posted March 13, 2017 This is the article we direct people to to allow them to decide for themselves if they need to start over: http://whole30.com/2014/06/really-start-whole30/ In general, overeating compliant items doesn't merit a restart, but you should definitely figure out why you did this so that you can address it going forward. Were you truly hungry? Maybe your meals need to be bigger. Were you bored or tired or stressed? You need to address those things with something other than food -- If you're bored, find something to work on, like cleaning, going for a walk, reading a book, working on a hobby. If you're tired, go to bed. If you're stressed or angry or sad, let yourself feel those emotions, and find a way to address them -- meditiation, journaling, talking to a friend or family member about it.
