In general, overeating compliant items doesn't merit a restart, but you should definitely figure out why you did this so that you can address it going forward. Were you truly hungry? Maybe your meals need to be bigger. Were you bored or tired or stressed? You need to address those things with something other than food -- If you're bored, find something to work on, like cleaning, going for a walk, reading a book, working on a hobby. If you're tired, go to bed. If you're stressed or angry or sad, let yourself feel those emotions, and find a way to address them -- meditiation, journaling, talking to a friend or family member about it.
