lhenkin Posted November 6, 2012 Share Posted November 6, 2012 HI all! The only thing I've done re-introductionwise is add lactaid milk to my tea. I missed it and I think it is worth it. The thing is I do have a kind of tummy ache. It actually started while I was still eating clean whole30 but has gotten worse. I am having trouble telling if it the lactaid or not.
