Bnel Posted July 6, 2017 Share Posted July 6, 2017 I'm at day 34 of whole 30. On day 28 I caught a flu virus and have sick for 6 days needless to say No tiger blood here! And none befor my flu hit.l have followed the whole 30 to the letter.
