Through more googling, I've found that Farine is what remains of cassava once the juice has been removed... a flour. You cannot make baked goods or recreate paleo baking with alternate flours... if you would like to use it to crust chicken, that would be fine. In future, please specify what the item is further than one word and ideally, mention how you would like to use it. At first google, farine is the french word for flour and the moderators on here are not versed in every ethnic cooking ingredient.
L3ON
Thanks, I'm from Guyana which is just North of Brazil. Farine is normally used in Brazil as a substitute for rice either in it's dry form or soft form after it is soaked in water.

Oh okay then it might qualify as something like cauliflower rice, however be aware that it's a starchy carb so you would be aiming for one fist sized serving a day and then increase or decrease as your specific context requires.
