LauraR Posted November 14, 2012 Share Posted November 14, 2012 So I am on day 7 of Whole30 and for the first time in years I have no stomach pain or bloating. But I am feeling tired and blue. Is this a reaction to cutting sugar and carbs? Is there anything to lessen the transition or is this something just to get through? Is this common? Need support!
