What is the genral concensus about hot lemon water drank first thing in the morning? This is something I have done for a while for bile production, skin tone, ph balance...I am wondering if my added vegetable and fruit intake in my diet with a cup of hot lemon water everyday might throw my ph balance out of whack and make my body too alkaline, is this possible? Robin Strathdee Posted November 15, 2012 Share Posted November 15, 2012 We also don't put much focus on alkaline/acid, pH, etc. While many folks have found that monitoring those things helps them feel better, we like to encourage folks to spend 30 days just eating Good Food.
