W30 workouts w cold

I'm looking for advice - I'm on Day 27 of my W30 and have come down w a cold. It appears to be coming on quickly, so I'm hoping it leaves quickly too!

My question is - should I run tomorrow or not? Part of me thinks the sweat would be great to get rid of this cold, but then another part of me thinks my body needs rest.

Thoughts??

I'd go longer if it wasn't for the holidays! I'm taking a break from Thanksgiving to New Years, trying to keep it clean but still enjoy myself with my family and friends during the holidays. But for New Years, I'm doing another W30 w the full reintroduction - and trying to get some friends in on the fun, too!

And I've not only taken the day off from working out, but have taken the day off from school. Thanks for the input!
