indigo73
No excuses really just made a couple bad choices and needed a bit of a goal readjustment but... back on track after two days of chilling out so onward with Day 1. Pumpkin Chili for breakfast, Russian Cabbage Soup for lunch and a couple steaks in the slow cooker with carrots and onions waiting for me when I get home from work. indigo73
I am doing quite well thanks. Have a 99% compliant meal planned for tomorrow. I just need to keep my fingers out of the mashed potatoes which won't be a problem since there will be so much other good stuff. Russian Cabbage Soup is a beefy cabbage soup. I used this recipe as a base... http://everydayrussian.com/?p=503 added more cabbage and included stew beef chunks. Awesome. It may be my new favorite soup. Alana in Canada
Thanks! I Cabbage is such an inexpensive vegetable. I made Mark Sisson's braised cabbage last week. It was delicious.
