I am currently preparing for my Whole30 starting November 1st. I however work shift work and am very worried about this. 

Is there anyone who has completed their Whole30 and works shift work?
Do you have any pieces of advice?
What about meals, especially for night shift?

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

In general, try to eat your first meal within an hour of waking up, whatever time that is, and then plan meals every 4-5 hours after that. If your day is really long, you may need a fourth meal, and that is fine. As you're getting used to eating this way, if you need to eat between meals, try to have mini meals of protein, fat, and vegetables, or at least two of the three.

In addition to what @shannonm816 has said, I suggest you also google 'whole30 shift work' because this particular issue has been discussed at length here on the forums as there are a great deal of people who work shift work.
