I see this as a rehab and get in control. It would be great to find someone doing it during this period as well, to support each other! Best wishes! kimbah Posted October 18, 2017 Share Posted October 18, 2017 Hello! I started my 3rd Whole 30 on Monday the 16th. My first one was a great success but I failed on the slowness of the reintroduction. I did not complete my second one for various reasons and excuses. I am planning to rock this one and the reintroduction. That's why I am out here looking for support.
