JennVers
Hello, I'm on day 10 and I'm finding that if I don't have potatoes (white or sweet) I just don't stay full. Any tips on what people are eating to fill that 'carb' void? Thanks!
QuilterInVA
The body feels full when you eat more fat. It actually has no need for carbs at all. A fist sized serving of potatoes is fine.

We recommend a fist sized serving of starchy carb once a day at least... make sure you're getting the added fat and 1-2 palms of protein along with non starchy veggies in each meal. ELemon30
I had the same experience early on. I found that I needed to increase my fat intake but also that my portions of vegetables were too small so I really wasn’t eating enough. Then Adding more coconut or olive oil, ghee, mayo, some olives left me feeling satisfied.
