Day 10 and struggling with ... Potatoes

We recommend a fist sized serving of starchy carb once a day at least... make sure you're getting the added fat and 1-2 palms of protein along with non starchy veggies in each meal.

I had the same experience early on.  I found that I needed to increase my fat intake but also that my portions of vegetables were too small so I really wasn’t eating enough. Then Adding more coconut or olive oil, ghee, mayo, some olives left me feeling satisfied.
