ambermae
My husband and I finished our first Whole 30 yesterday! I wrote down some thoughts on my blog (you can read them here: http://2012weekxweek.wordpress.com/2012/05/23/whole-30-thoughts/) but I'll just say that it was an amazing experience, I'm glad we could do it together, and we both saw pretty awesome weight loss.Thank you! Flynn
Awesome! My favorite thing you said was this: One result of eating at home was that my husband and I needed to find other things to do with each other out of the house besides eat. I love it! ambermae
Oishi: Dairy seems to work just fine for me. I really only have plain yogurt and some occasional cheese. My big problem with dairy is that if I let myself I will make all of my meals out of it, so I'm trying to hold back. As for the AT, my husband jokes that we're hiking it one mile at a time. Hopefully we'll get back out there again! Everyone: thank you!
