maryupchurch
Last year I did Whole 30 in January & saw that there was a shopping list for an "Anti-Inflammatory" version of Whole 30 - Is that resource still available? I couldn't find it anywhere.
Administrators ladyshanny Posted January 2, 2018 Administrators Share Posted January 2, 2018 There's not been an "anti-inflammatory" version of Whole30 as the entire program is anti-inflammatory by its nature. You might be thinking of "AIP" version? That is the Auto-immune Protocol although we recommend that anyone coming to Whole30 for the first time do the program as written before doing a more restrictive version. We often find that people reduce their inflammation tremendously just by avoiding the original "no" foods. If you have an auto-immune disease, you might then find testing the AIP version helpful.
