AMac18
Hi - I'm new to this and am on day 4 of whole 30 and just had a rolled up piece of turkey with avocado and cucumber in it, and after I ate it, just realized it contained Carrageenan from seaweed. I've literally been perfect the whole time and had ONE slice. What does this mean? What do I have to do?? Please help!!
Administrators ladyshanny Posted January 5, 2018 Administrators Share Posted January 5, 2018 Hi @AMac18 - have a read through the starting over article linked below and decide. Know though, that if you ARE sensitive to carrageenan, it can be extremely disruptive so although you get to make the ultimate decision about starting over, we would highly recommend you do. RandiW
Heya - If you're going to have an accidental non-compliant moment, Day 4 is much better than day 24! Just be more wary of labels and tack on 4 extra days at the end of your W30. By that point 4 days won't be a huge deal. I'm sure a mod will come along and give you some great articles about just this as well. Best of luck!
