Julie on W30
Good day! I am getting ready to start whole 30 on Monday! I am in France and only ever had sweet breakfast and it is very difficult to imagining eating eggs, avocados and meat for breakfast...any sweet alternative by any chance? I found online an apple oatmeal like but could do with other options...Thanks for the support!!
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted January 19, 2018 Moderators Share Posted January 19, 2018 We'd encourage you to change this habit. There is nothing in our biology that says we must have sweets for breakfast, it is just a habit. For best results, try to make all of your meals match the meal template, which you can download here: https://whole30.com/pdf-downloads/

This is just my personal experience, but I find when I eat anything high in sugar in the morning (even fruit) I get really anxious throughout the day. A savory breakfast will keep your blood sugar levels stable throughout the day and you'll feel full and satiated. Maybe have some sweet potato in the morning (roasted, in a hash, etc) and that might help with the transition for you! Good luck
