Something sweet for breakfast?

Good day! I am getting ready to start whole 30 on Monday! I am in France and only ever had sweet breakfast and it is very difficult to imagining eating eggs, avocados and meat for breakfast...any sweet alternative by any chance? I found online an apple oatmeal like but could do with other options...Thanks for the support!!

This is just my personal experience, but I find when I eat anything high in sugar in the morning (even fruit) I get really anxious throughout the day. A savory breakfast will keep your blood sugar levels stable throughout the day and you'll feel full and satiated. Maybe have some sweet potato in the morning (roasted, in a hash, etc) and that might help with the transition for you! Good luck :)
