Nshansen5 Posted January 19, 2018 Share Posted January 19, 2018 Day 12 and have had a minor rash on my chest. I do not have any medical issues and read somewhere it could be a “detox rash”. I will obviously be monitoring it, but wonder if it’s the detox or something I’m eating... not eating more nuts or eggs than normal. Ever heard of this in the whole30?
