Am I making a mistake?

Recommended Posts

I regularly include blueberries and coconut cream as part of my breakfast, and occasionally as part of lunch as well.

is this too much fruit? I’m getting worried (after reading other posts on how fruit can be problematic) I’ve been doing this wrong.

Definitely eating it as part of a meal with protein (ie eggs at breakfast) and fat (the coconut cream).

I’m on Day 13. Or Day 1 if I’m making an error. thoughts?

It's fine to have fruit, and you don't need to start over. You should prioritize vegetables over fruit -- So every meal should have lots of veggies, some meals can have a bit of fruit if you want it. Remember that a serving of fruit is a closed fist size.

People who really struggle with sugar cravings sometimes find that it helps them to leave out anything sweet, even fruit, for a while, to help get rid of those cravings, but that is a personal choice, not anything about the rules or recommendations of whole30 itself.
