WJStar Posted January 31, 2018 Share Posted January 31, 2018 Hi Guys, Need some help to find out if MCT Oil Coconut (unflavored) by Nutiva is Whole30 approved. I like adding some in my coffee and a bit of butter and then blend it up but instead of butter I figured I could just add some ghee but before adding the MCT Oil I just wanted to check. I don't use creamers of sugar but this makes drinking black coffee a lot better. The ingredients listed on the MCT Oil are listed below: Organic coconut medium-chain triglycerides. <p> Contains coconut, packed in a peanut-free facility.
