Sister Susie Posted April 19, 2018 Share Posted April 19, 2018 I’m on day 3-and the only thing I am CRAVING is almond butter. Today just when I got home from work I ate 6 T. Of almond butter. Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted April 19, 2018 Moderators Share Posted April 19, 2018 My guess is you're not eating enough... go ahead and list out your meals for the last couple days including specific template measurements, veggies, fat, fruit and protein. If you ARE undereating, then the craving may be for fuel and your body knows almond butter is fuel.
