Over indulged on Almond Butter!

My guess is you're not eating enough... go ahead and list out your meals for the last couple days including specific template measurements, veggies, fat, fruit and protein.  If you ARE undereating, then the craving may be for fuel and your body knows almond butter is fuel.

I would get the Almond Butter out of your house :)
