Sambal Oelek?

I use the huy foy brand of sambal oelek and here's the list on Amazon of the ingredients.

Chili, Salt, Distilled Vinegar, Potassium Sorbate & Sodium Bisulfate As Preservatives & Xanthan Gum

So is Xanthan Gum ok in the miniscule quantity it's in here? And what about Sodium Bisulfate. I'd love to be able to use this on our whole 30, if we can.
