Emma SJ Posted June 19, 2018 Share Posted June 19, 2018 Hi, I have just started the whole 30 and I was wondering if I am allowed to have more than one type of fat per meal? For example, if I wanted to make a salad can I have dressing + avocado + olives or could I only have the dressing? I was also wondering do artichokes in oil count as a vegetable? Thanks!
