SamC Posted July 5, 2018 Share Posted July 5, 2018 Hello, I accidentally cooked a steak 2 days ago with garlic salt. I thought it was normal salt until after I finished eating. At which point, my roommate asked me if I liked the garlic salt. I was a bit mad, but I've moved past that. My question is, should I reset my whole 30 for the small amount of garlic salt I consumed?
