diamondfire79
Guys, I just discovered the magic that is unsweetened Oat Milk. Does anyone know if it is Whole30 approved? They use it at my local coffee shop, so I tried it this morning in my coffee. Amazing! The brand they use is OATLY! (no dairy, no nuts, no gluten, 100% vegan). There is no added sugar, but 4g of natural sugars from the oats. I'm hoping this option works for the program, but I've been off of it for awhile, and am getting ready to do another cycle. I appreciate your help!
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted August 30, 2018 Moderators Share Posted August 30, 2018 Oats are grains. Grains are not allowed on Whole30. Oat milk is not okay for Whole30. Try coconut milk or almond milk.
