Thank you, Beth Just taste it and see what you think... if it tastes palatable and not burnt, then you're good to go... often people intentionally brown their clarified butter so as long as its not scorched, you should be fine. Babsie95 Posted January 3, 2019 Share Posted January 3, 2019 I thought I had burned a batch once but I kept it anyway and when I used it it was probably the best tasting batch I have ever made.
