30Canandaigua
Ok. Here's the deal. I like to dunk. EVERYTHING. Meat, veggies, fruit...... I much prefer dunking food. I mean, if the sauce is good... It just seems more satisfying. Hence- Baba Ganoush. My attempt at making this gloriously whole30 friendly dunking wonderfulness was a miserable fail. SOMEONE PLEASE SHARE THE SECRET TO AMAZING BABA GANOUSH!!!
Susan W
I totally get the dunk thing. It makes life so much more fun. How did you make it? Have you had it before and liked it?

caitlin
My tips for amazing ghanoush are: roast the crap out of the eggplant so it gets mushy use a bunch of good olive oil lots of raw garlic (but be careful as it will get more intense over time) pulverize in the food processor i think i need to buy some eggplants this weekend. . . caitlin
also don't just stick to a recipe. treat it like a pesto - taste it and adjust oil, salt, garlic, lemon juice until you get the taste/consistency you desire.

It's traditionally cooked and charred over a wood fire.
