Jef
Hi. I'm on day 6 and just realized the Calms Forte I've been taking has corn and tapioca starch in it.. the tapioca wouldn't bother me, but I have problems with corn... and, what do you think? Its a homeopathic sleeping remedy... 4 little tablets... per day. I'll stop and try something else if necessary... it seems maybe it is, esp. b/c of the corn. ? thanks! shelley417
Buy Natural Calm (only unsweetened ) on Amazon and add it to tea. Works great for sleeping and is W30 compliant.
Jef
Maybe this is redundant, but I just need someone to say, "Yes, that amount of corn starch/tapioca starch is too much... " I'd really like to know if the tapioca starch matters, or if the corn starch is much worse..... If I wasn't doing whole 30 the corn would matter to me much more than the tapioca.,,...does that sound right? would someone say that? So, it IS NOT COMPLIANT? thanks Jennifer
Jef
So, Natural Calm is just magnesium, and I've been taking powdered mag. (same type) every night as well... maybe I don't need the calms forte anymore.. I'll try it.
Robin Strathdee
No amount of corn is okay. The tapioca wouldn't be a problem, but the corn is. It's not compliant
