Heavy legs and unable to run for anymore than 4Km

Figs! Power fuel food. Just discovered them at Costco. Mix with compliant nuts, raisans,  (Sunmade brand), dried craisins, raisins, etc. Was a lifesaver for me during hiking and backpacking.
