Nuts and seeds

You can't have peanuts, because they're legumes, so some assorted nut mixtures may not work because of that.

Always read the ingredients, because some roasted or seasoned nuts may have peanut or soybean oil, sugar, or other things that aren't allowed.

Aside from those considerations, pumpkin and sunflower seeds and other nuts and seeds should be fine. A serving size is a small, closed handful, and they are considered a fat source for whole30 purposes. Try not to overdo them, they can cause digestive issues for some people in large quantities.
