Dawn Marie Posted January 8, 2013 Share Posted January 8, 2013 I've done excellent on the first 7 days, completely compliant, no hunger issues, a few small headaches from caffeine withdrawal, but I had a really good first 7 days! Now...here's the 8th day and I've been constantly "hungry" all day. I haven't slipped up and ate anything I shouldn't, but I can't seem to get satisfied eating today. Has/Is anyone else having this issue after being a week or so in? Is this normal? Any tips/pointers? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
