decker_bear
Air fryer chicken wings are among my favorite-est foods. It's kind of difficult to tell how many wings would make a palm-sized serving of protein. Any ideas? I was satisfied after 5 (along with my veggies and fat), but I also know that you cannot fully trust your hunger signals (particularly at the start of the W30). Any feedback on how many make a serving?
laura_juggles
Wings tend to be more bone than meat, so if you're going for one palm sized amount of meat for your protein, it'd probably be ~3 palms worth of wings to get a decent amount of chicken. decker_bear
That's a good point. I'm almost wondering if I should count them as fat instead of protein ... like you say there isn't much meat and the skins are pretty fatty, aren't they? Like bacon, kind of?
