I see that peas are now allowed and am wondering if protein powder based on pea protein is permissible. I am concerned about the amount of protein I will be getting. SchrodingersCat Posted September 7, 2020 Share Posted September 7, 2020 Smoothies are discouraged because they want you to eat your food rather than drink it, but I'd think that in your situation, it would be preferable for you to have a protein powder with compliant ingredients (and some pea protein ones are but you'd have to check all ingredients) than have to keep something non-compliant to keep your protein up.
