Day 22 - Feeling very up and down, most days worse than before whole30

I'm having real trouble so far on Whole30, it feels like the whole time I've been doing it my symptoms have been really up and down. I had a day a couple of days ago when I felt really good, my brain fog had lifted so much and I felt so happy about it. Later that day it just suddenly came back and I've been feeling crappy since. It's been like this the whole time I've been following the diet and I don't know what's causing it. There were a few things that I thought might be the culprit which I've removed (nightshades, fruit, onion and garlic) but I'm still suffering from terrible brain fog, muscle pain in my shoulders and legs, bloating and fatigue. I just don't know what to do, I feel like quitting because it doesn't seem to be helping, I feel like maybe although I felt bad before whole30 I probably generally felt better than I've felt on it.

Does anyone have any advice for me?
