Severe bloating over halfway through

I am on day 17. I started this because I was getting bloated every time I ate.  My bloating has been getting progressively worse as I continue the program. I went from flat stomach to slightly bloated. Now I’m looking 6 months pregnant within minutes of eating. I not only hate the way it looks but I’m also so uncomfortable. Should I be sticking with this or ditching it because it’s making my symptoms worse?

I have been eating recipes from the whole 30 cookbooks. Shepard’s pie, perfect sausage, eggs, salmon cakes, grilled chicken, mixed greens, cuties, spinach, banana, turkey meatballs, sweet potatoes. It seems that no matter what I eat, I am getting this extreme bloat.
