Ame63 Posted April 27, 2021 Share Posted April 27, 2021 I am on day 17. I started this because I was getting bloated every time I ate. My bloating has been getting progressively worse as I continue the program. I went from flat stomach to slightly bloated. Now I’m looking 6 months pregnant within minutes of eating. I not only hate the way it looks but I’m also so uncomfortable. Should I be sticking with this or ditching it because it’s making my symptoms worse? Shepard’s pie, perfect sausage, eggs, salmon cakes, grilled chicken, mixed greens, cuties, spinach, banana, turkey meatballs, sweet potatoes.
