Ingredients: Organic Coconut, Almonds, Prunes (unsweetened, unsulfured), Carrots,Himalayan Sea Salt. I love granola. Like love, love, love. My concern with getting some is that I will eat more than a serving since it is so easy to grab handful after handful, although I do feel imam more in control of my eating than I ever have been.
