Rara1982
I'm in Long Beach, CA at the moment on a layover (flight attendant from Australia) and I'm starving and have run out of food-spiration! I have access to fresh & easy and albertsons and dirty old room service so can someone please inspire me with smart food choices??
habitualpurpose
do you have a small refrigerator in your room? if so, what about smoked salmon (compliant kind), avocado and lettuce rolled in nori? this is one of my favorite easy lunches at work. Rara1982
None of the smoked salmon at fresh and easy (should be renamed 'off and sleazy') is compliant. But great snack idea for when I'm back in Australia! Also it did weird me out a bit that all the fresh salmon had colour added. Why on earth would you need to do that??? Rara1982
I've also eaten about 6 larabars in the last 24 hours which cannot be good for me!
Terez
Where I live there are prepared hard boiled eggs in the deli area of grocery stores. And the produce section has washed and prepped vegetables. I've eaten sugar snap peas like that (raw) and hard boiled eggs. There is probably some compliant tuna on the shelves. A lemon to squeeze over it? Another thought is Chipotle if there's one in the area. Here's a thread about what to order at Chipotle. Good luck!
