Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted March 7, 2022 Moderators Share Posted March 7, 2022 Based on my limited research (google) in finding out that this is a mood enhancer, acts similar to opioids and can also be a hunger suppressant, it would not be ideal to take during your Whole30 but we don't have guidance or recommendations around taking this type of drug except that we recommend you don't.
