Ldadams 0
If I successfully complete W30 (currently R1D13) and reintroduce legumes with no problem and want to do a second round but due to genetically high cholesterol, wish to substitute 2 out of 3 meals a day vegetarian, is it ok to combine/do the original W30 + beans or do I have to commit to one or the other: the original or plant based? I don’t want to do something pointlessly. Already planning for round 2!!!
Moderators ShannonM816 5621 Posted June 14 Moderators Share Posted June 14 If you want to do a true Whole30, you have to pick one or the other, you can't combine them. However, we do not want you to just continuously do Whole30s, we want you to do reintroductions and figure out what works for you, and then to live your food freedom, which might be something that looks a lot like Whole30 plus beans.
