Shereen
Hi. I’m preparing to start my whole 30 on Monday and just getting planned. The recipe in your fast & easy book on p177 says to use one cup apple cider. Is this Apple cider vinegar? Seems alot but I’m not a natural in the kitchen so wanted to double check. Thanks for your time
Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted April 27, 2023 Moderators Share Posted April 27, 2023 No, it's apple cider - usually found down the juice aisle. Just make sure you read the ingredients and confirm that there isn't sugar or other non-compatible items.
Guest
I'm glad you asked this. I have the same cookbook and would have wondered as well.

I’m still a little confused as apple cider to me is alcoholic and I thought alcohol wasn’t allowed even in cooking. Im in the uk so maybe it’s a different name over here?
