Kinda Confused...Help?

Hey everyone,

Im starting this new diet tom and had my last beer,candy,fast food,etc for life! I go to the gym now 4-5 days a week with 45min of cardio each day. Now my question is i dont want to lose tons of muscle during this and protein shakes helped(now that i cant have them now what do i do)???

Will the hard boiled eggs? Chicken be enough?

The more variety of meats you eat, the better. I learned to eat bison, duck, lamb, squid and lots of new cuts of beef and pork during the early months of eating this way. If it is real food that spoils, it is almost certainly good to eat.
