Astutzman Posted June 15 Share Posted June 15 Hello, I am in the middle of my reintroduction and I’m supposed to reintroduce dairy tomorrow. After that I will have 2 more days of whole 30 and then introduce gluten grains. Then I will start food freedom. The problem I have is that last night my throat started hurting and today I feel pretty bad. I am concerned that if I follow my schedule that I will not know the difference between sick symptoms and food sensitivity from re-intro.Should I just pause the re-intro and stay on whole30 until I feel 100% better? Moderators SugarcubeOD Posted June 15 Moderators Share Posted June 15 If you can go back to the whole30 while you're not feeling well that would probably give you the best data for reintroduction when you're feeling better instead of trying to do it when your immune system is down and you already feel crummy. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
