Off track...

I finished my Whole30 on June 26. Like many of you I added back a few things and made conscious decisions to have treats occasionally.

This past weekend though, I indulged too much. Pasta, sugar, sugar and more sugar. I'm committed to get back on track tomorrow, but how long will it take to get this bloat down and get all this crap out of my system?

Ugh... Feeling disappointed in myself and just gross.
