Like many of you I added back a few things and made conscious decisions to have treats occasionally. This past weekend though, I indulged too much. Pasta, sugar, sugar and more sugar. I'm committed to get back on track tomorrow, but how long will it take to get this bloat down and get all this crap out of my system? Ugh... Feeling disappointed in myself and just gross. Lisa Fields Stafford Posted June 11, 2012 Share Posted June 11, 2012 One thing that will help you is to juice a whole fresh lemon and add it to 16 oz warm water. Drink it immediately before bed.
