Moderators Tom Denham Posted January 24, 2013 Moderators Share Posted January 24, 2013 No. During a Whole30, we want you to eat whole foods, not drink the juices of whole foods. "Juicing" vegetables or fruits removes valuable fiber and speeds digestion, increasing the likelihood of over-eating and getting hungry faster than the calories consumed warrants. 1Maryann
Mike, I want to say this gently, but from the frequency of your questions, all involving non-compliant foods, it is apparent you really haven't read the rules. If you had, you wouldn't be asking questions about breaded fish, juices, oatmeal, etc. I worry about the things you may be eating that you are NOT asking about. Unless you read and understand the rules, you may very well be sabotaging your efforts. Please, for your own sake, go here and reread how to follow the program. You obviously are motivated and interested in making positive changes to your diet and your life. Don't let a couple of "ooops!"'s ruin it for you. Know ahead of time what you can and can't have and plan around those items. http://forum.whole9life.com/topic/5-the-official-whole30%C2%AE-program/ Good luck to you!
