Day 25 - brick wall, anyone?

There could be a million+ reasons why I'm feeling more tired/lethargic these last few days but has anyone else experienced a point in which they feel like they've hit a brick wall? While I don't crave the "forbidden"

foods, I am beginning to miss the ease of my old meal options. Boil water, add pasta, open can of marinara..dinner's ready! :-)

On the flip side, I do enjoy the creativity of this new way of eating. I suppose this feeling will pass and I can certainly add to my arsenal of pantry/freezer staple FAST meals to make it less of a daily burden.

If you have any suggestions for those types of meals..feel free to post them here!
