Susan W Posted January 31, 2013 Share Posted January 31, 2013 I love tri-tip. I put lots of salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder and cumin. Then I bake it at 425 for 30-40 minuted if it's 4 lbs or larger. Less time for a smaller one. Slice thin and eat it for all 3 meals. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
