I can order a one gallon jug for $99 which would be significantly cheaper - but what's the shelf life on it? Does anyone know? I keep my little 8oz bottle in the fridge, but I wouldn't have room for a one gallon jug in my fridge, it would have to live in my pantry. Is this a disaster waiting to happen? Thanks! Megan Claydon Posted June 16, 2012 Share Posted June 16, 2012 Since it is a fermented product and it doesn't need to be refrigerated I would say it could last a few months. Just keep the lid tight.
